Happy Valley Sanctuary

Not every project needs to be a full gut renovation. Sometimes the home just needs someone to finally pay attention to it.

This was a lightly renovated tract home, and the goal was never to overbuild it. It was to elevate what was already there. To take a standard structure and make it feel intentional, layered, and personal without tearing everything apart to do it.

We focused on high impact updates where they mattered most. A refreshed fireplace, reworked stairs, updated paint throughout, and a complete swap of plumbing fixtures, door hardware, and cabinet pulls. Then we completed the transformation with a full furnishing and decor installation that pulled everything into focus.

The result is a vacation retreat that feels completely reset. Light, warm, and effortlessly calm. A space that finally feels like theirs without trying too hard to be anything it isn't.
