Some homes have bones worth keeping. This was one of them.

My client loved their home's sense of history and proportion but had outgrown how it functioned. They wanted to honor what made it special without being held hostage by it. The goal was evolution, not renovation for renovation's sake.

We kept everything that gave the home its soul and reworked everything around it with intention. Updated circulation, refined materials, and a softer more livable rhythm between spaces brought the contemporary sensibility they were after without erasing what made the home worth saving in the first place.

The result feels like the home it was always supposed to become. Familiar and grounded, opened up and renewed, and completely aligned with the way they live now.
